The Founding Story
Chiptip Technology’s journey began with our founder and CEO Eric’s research during his Ph.D. and postdoctoral studies. His focus was on accelerating data center applications through specialized hardware, a pioneering field that presented numerous challenges at the time.
During his research, Eric encountered several fundamental obstacles:
When Eric started this journey, only select research groups within Big Tech companies were exploring these technologies. However, Chiptip Technology firmly believed in a future where application-specific hardware would become essential for data centers. We dedicated ourselves to developing solutions that would overcome the technical barriers to this transition.
Today, as data centers face unprecedented challenges with processing capacity and power consumption, our long-term vision is becoming a reality. The technologies we’ve developed are now ready to help data centers evolve and meet these growing demands head-on.
